One of the cleaner days so far.
Been testing more AI UGC angles lately and some of them are starting to hit.
Not because AI magically makes good ads.
It just lets you test more hooks, more personas, more formats without waiting a week for every new creative.
The hard part is still the same:
Make the ad feel real.
Make the offer clear.
Make the product page hold the intent.
Make the buying flow easy.
That’s also the stuff I keep building Scale Theme around.
Good creative gets the click.
The page still has to close it.

Not the biggest day, but still clean.
Spent more time thinking about why some stores feel easier to buy from than others.
It’s usually not one huge thing.
It’s the small pieces stacking:
Product page clarity.
Bundle layout.
Subscription option.
Cart drawer flow.
Trust near the button.
Less thinking before checkout.
That’s the direction I want Scale Theme to keep moving in.
Not just better design.
A store that feels easier to buy from.
You can be doing $8K days and still run out of cash.
Sounds stupid until it happens.
$8K revenue looks great on the dashboard.
But then you have:
$2K/day in ad spend.
$2.5K/day going to suppliers.
Refunds coming later.
Payouts arriving 3-5 days after the sale.
New stock that needs to be paid before the next batch sells.
Now the store is "winning" but the bank account feels tight.
That’s why cash flow matters more than most beginners think.
Track:
• Bank balance.
• Shopify balance.
• PayPal balance.
• Supplier invoices.
• Ad spend due.
• Payment holds.
• Next reorder cost.
Revenue tells you the store is moving.
Cash flow tells you if you can survive the movement.

don’t scale every green day don’t rebuild the whole store after one bad day don’t judge a product only by revenue watch where people lose confidence make the next step obvious
boring, but it works.
trying to build this into the theme now, not just the store.
same thing on the ad side.
a good ad brings intent.
but the page has to protect that intent.
if the ad says “simple daily ritual” and the product page feels complicated, you lose people.
if the ad sells a bundle but the page makes the bundle hard to understand, same thing.
creative and page can’t feel like two different businesses.
