@Toyotajeff1 Hi, Question for you: 2021 Rav4 Hybrid, ran heat for over 30 minutes with engine not running at all and it never cooled down, how did it do that? I don't have the Prime model and as far as I know the Hybrid doesn't have the electric heat pump.

@RI_DLT How do I find out status of claim? Tried to Certify my weekly benefits and your system replied "unable to find record for the provided Social Security Number". I think my claim may have hit 1 year anniversary this month, but I have had no feed back by mail or email.
