@scoutscanada I get the need to have ads as an additional source of funding, but the Google ads all over the mobile site take up over half the screen! This is on Pixel 2XL. It's even worse on an iPhone 8.

hey @hudsonsbay do you know what's annoying? when you're on hold for for over 30 mins and all you hear EVERY 30 sec is "all of our agents are currently busy, please hold for the next available representative." let's change that freq already! #onholdandannoyed #customerservice
