Had horrendous service from @Dreams_Beds Took out insurance and have recently claimed. It was agreed we needed a replacement. Mattress chosen and paperwork sent. 4 telephone calls to customer service 3 emails and ZERO response!! No order processed!!! Warning!

@Waltonsgarden After many emails to get some support with my garden room (that allegedly is guaranteed). I CANNOT RECOMMEND!! I've supplied information requested. Their customer services are abrupt, accusational and their best support was "try and push boards back in".

@marksandspencer I am a lover of M&S BUT as a larger breasted woman and 50+ I'm continually disappointed to see that because I don't want to wear an underwired bra you appear to assume I want to wear some ugly bulky bra!! ONLY 1 style recently wasn't hideous.
@marksandspencer I would appreciate hearing a response about what will be done to address the issue. There is one style that is great so the technology clearly exists. I went for a fitting and even the fitting person couldn't bring more than 2 styles...
The other style was a post surgery bra .... I don't believe I'm unique in wanting to look great and be interested in breast health. Sports bras do not cut it......
@MikeWingerii I do think the boundaries of what is perceived as 'offense' is very variable. What's the difference between offense, abusive and real boundary crossing behaviour/ words? Some things need addressing and checking our own perspective is important as a first step.
@GMB I talk and listen myself all day so I do enjoy a quiet hour. Can we be careful that therapy is also more than just listening and talking.
After what has been a surprisingly okayish Christmas, I had a moment today in SuperStore. Saw a lady who reminded me of my 92yo grandma, who even in the early stages of dementia, completely understood that my mom died. I thought I’d share the Ball in the Box analogy my Dr told me
