@debs_johns64009 @ClaireA_OU Resonated with me and also had me in tears, have been in this position as a single mum who has always worked her whole life. It felt like a shameful day when I went through it, felt like a bad mother and a failure and that was whilst working!

#OUB329 #Week1 I have learnt about adaptive leadership in turbulent times and the 6 principles suggested by Heifetz, Granshow and Linsky for leading in this way. Helpful ways to lead when met with difficult situations or resistance from within an organisation or community.
