The times where I felt most fulfilled, I had a goal. When I felt least fulfilled, I didn't. Feeling "fulfilled" can be made overly complicated. But isn't it literally as easy as picking a worthwhile goal, and working towards it?

@josefbuettgen I spent time much more consciously. Example: whenever I had a block of social time, I fully committed to that. No phone, no thinking about work. Made me realize the importance of prolonged attention to 1 thing, instead of small blocks of cluttered attention. Not only work wise.

Forced myself to track how I spent all my time this week, and divide it into categories. Red=social time, green = client work, gray = wasting time, etc. Definitely recommend. A great mirror to see what I spend my time on.
