Протестил, отвечает пару букв в секунду на стареньком сервере с 16GB RAM. Ответы размытые, неточные, модели далеко до ChatGPT версии 3.5. По крайней мере ChatGPT умеет отвечать примерно исходя из своей базы если не знает ответ на вопрос
