@boschindia Thanks 🙏 I hope your team will take action. I’ve followed up at every level but to no avail. I keep getting the same response: messages are forwarded to service support, who then say the part is unavailable and suggest buying a new product instead.

Why offer a 10-year warranty if parts aren’t available for machines just 4-5 years old? Please address this issue urgently or you risk losing customers due to poor service. 🙏

According to TRAI regulations, I believe I am entitled to a refund since the service was not provided. If I do not receive a full refund for the recharge, I will be forced to escalate this issue. This may involve filing a complaint with Consumer Forum and pursuing legal options

@Airtel_Presence The number was already blocked, no incoming and outgoing calls were allowed since 28th April. We assumed the recharge was over, so we recharged with the annual plan. If you're not providing service, why not refund the amount?
