Here is the two payments I made. Yet, one if not refunded. While the manager kept insisting it has been done.

@KFC_India - Please look into your staff. The manager at Seelenaickenpatti Ms. Bhuvaneshwari kept asking me to show my bank account statement to verify a transaction which didn’t go through. I tried showing SMS alerts but the manager kept insisting.
