@mckaywrigley @DylanBishopX I tried to get it to outline its plans and thinking ahead of time so I know where it’s going, and I don’t always have to watch it and steer. Part of it is telling it that it doesn’t need to figure out every possible case.

I do it with fable and GPT 5.6 so high+ I put it mostly in Yolo mode. And it knows that I’m just a business technologist and it is the CTO for our company and that is the best frontier model in the world with better judgment than any human CTO I know. It knows it has full authority to do anything a human CTO would while I am the CEO. Seems to work a lot

Would love for a more unified experience and documentation across the surfaces. Trying to manage chat/work/codex with voice on two different accounts, two dedicated always-on Mac minis and one iPhone with remote for each account is really confusing. Not clear where the conversations land, how to get back to one, delete them, etc. And the ability to delete conversations/threads in codex

Right? I opened - I see my Codex app upgraded to ChatGPT Work and Codex with my Codex chats/projects. And ChatGPT on the web now has Chat and Work with my ChatGPT chats/projects. So Work is now a bit confusing. Will have to see where it lands when I create new work in one or other.
