@cardiffcouncil Would help if mine were actually collected on the date we were meant to have them collected. No wonder bags are ripped open and people trying to hide stuff in other bags. Waited over a month for nappie bags to be collected recently. No recycling pick up this week again!

@HM_Passport so how do we speak to someone who can actually give advise? I’ve had an urgent call back today after 7days meant to be 3. When explaining the issue to be told they were wrong department (they rang me) to then go on hold for 47min and it hang up! It’s comical!
