@patriotofga3 I don’t want to poopoo on the parade, but GPS is passive. You can’t track someone’s location by cell phone unless you have active cell tower monitoring. You also can’t tell which “phone IDs” are anywhere. IPs don’t mean crap especially when every phone has a local 10 dot IP.
