@BriannaWu I recommend AGAINST Google’s. They are focused on in-ecosystem 2FA (verify login via another app-running device) and are not maintaining Authenticator. There’s no cloud backup and the last update was an API version recompile 4 years ago.

@mmasnick There's a whole lot of "you're fired" vibe going around the Internet today, but little regard for how hard it is to back-fill a dozen positions in server operations after firing everyone that had "The Color of Law" listed on their Goodreads.
