@Spring_GDS how so I contact you about a parcel that I have had delivered to your warehouse in Hounslow - I need to locate the parcel and arrange to have it returned as the it does not have the correct postage to be routed to Spain.

Completely shocked by appalling customer service provided by @acerUK_Official on brand new laptop. Never experienced such a difficult service to use when registering a fault and now been held liable for the repair on a fault I did not cause. Would never buy an @acer laptop again.

@Evieox82729 @AXS_UK I got let through around the 4 minute mark and had a range of seats to purchase, the cheapest being £95 which are upper tier seats. I think with the presale the week before so many had already gone. The packages didn't come up for me, I clicked Normal Tickets I think 🤔

@hird_beth I got in at 11am after 3 mins and bought and out by 5 mins. I refreshed in the waiting room in the last 10 seconds, was advised to do this to drop into the queue at the front. Seemed to work, could see the blue line quickly moving along and had a full selection of tickets to buy

@Martinzz25 I got 4 seated - top tier so may not be the best, but we're in and I'd heard horror stories about being booted out if you rejected tickets so took the first 4!! Was paid up within 5 minutes so managed to access quickly.

@askryanair can you confirm whether your summer schedule will include flights to Lyon or Grenoble from the UK - they currently stop at end of March but not sure if that is because those routes only operate in winter? If so can you confirm when more flights will be released?

@AnnieKe33248910 The account isn't locked, the username has been changed by someone without my son's consent and @snapchatsupport aren't allowing him to change it back as apparently it's 1 change per year (even if the change wasn't consented to)

@vaxsupport Hi I have a Vax Rapide Ultra and when I use the hose attachment the entire water container leaks out onto the floor. Seems from some internet searches that this is a common problem - is there any advice you can give me please as can no longer use?
