@bchydro @bchydro nearly 9 hrs without power & the only update that we have had in those 9 hrs is that a crew has been assigned 2 remove a tree that fell on the lines. Has the crew made it there yet? Does it take 9 hrs 2 rehang power lines & then remove a tree? This is unacceptable.

With $700 million in expected profits u’d imagine @bchydro would be able to clear a fallen tree off a line and restore power in under nine hours and counting. My freezer is thawing out and with the price of meat and food. It’s unacceptable.
