I open my app and it says I had a recent outage (true, all the time) and I’m entitled to a $22 credit - it asks, DO I WANT TO ACCEPT THE CREDIT and I have to check the box. Are you kidding me? That’s just wrong! How many credits have I missed?
Shows me the jumble of hundreds of wires tangled in the box and says he has no way of knowing which one is mine. Basically tells me I’m SOL.
@CenturyLink I watched the century link guy open the community box and within 2 minutes I have no internet. Says it’s not his fault and he can’t help. Says he’s installing a new victim and it’s just a coincidence.
He tells me to go online and put in a ticket 😂 I have no internet!!
@CenturyLink if you have the choice between century link and any other company, choose the other company!
@MinuteClinic last wk I had 2 post HERE 2 get a response & resolution 4 a small problem after a MinClin apt. I tried calling ur ONLY # but hung up after 1 hr hold. I ❤️ convenience of MinClin BUT U HAVE 2 fix options 4 follow up after visits when needed PLEASE!
