@FurniturelandS It’s been almost 2 weeks and you still haven’t resolved a problem. Sales, customer service and now corporate have been notified. This isn’t how you should conduct business.

@Sears I was contacted and then you rescheduled a scheduled appointment. There was even a note left by the rep. That scheduled it. I had to take the time to call Sears (again) in between leaving a message and follow up email to fix a problem that was created by Sears. It’s been 2 months

@Sears You DON'T stand by your MASTER PLAN Warranty. I have had this warranty for many years. I finally need to use it and I have been getting the run around for months. It is apparent that Sears does not care about customer satisfaction. I want to have a DRYER that works.
