Plānoju izlasīt revīziju pilnībā, bet VK ir secinājusi, ka Emisijas kvotu izsolīšanas instrumenta (EKII) līdzekļu izlietojums netiek plānots izmaksu efektīvā veidā. Diezgan traki, jo šis ir pamata līdzeklis valsts budžetā klimata pārmaiņu (ietekmju) mazināšanai.
Siltumsūkņi ir varena lieta. Vēl viens pētījums (IEA), kas parāda ieguvumus no to uzstādīšanas. Pat mājās ar sliktu siltumizolāciju siltumsūkņi samazinās enerģijas patēriņu. Ietaupījums enerģijas izdevumos gan ir atkarīgs no elektrības un gāzes cenām. iea.org/reports/energy…
Ļoti interesanti - siltumsūķņi samazina vispārējo gāzes patēriņu pat tad, ja elektrība 100% tiek ražota no gāzes

This is why there were so many people killed during floods in Valencia, Spain. The local right wing administration had cut the budget weather forecasts and an early warning system, on the excuse that climate change was a hoax. There are now riots calling for their removal.
I will repeat this line forever, but the people who manage money actually need accurate information to operate and make decisions on which is why the financial (and, in specific niches, trade) press remain the most accurate sources of information
It's amazing how the Financial Times is now significantly to the left of The New York Times and The New Yorker. The latter continue to beat the drum about how the stupidity and racism of the poors is the problem, while the FT keeps saying...it's the political economy, stupid!
