The cost of building is minimal now. Instead of planning and aligning people, building a first version seems to be the right approach for many people. Design docs and PRDs can come later retrospectively. x.com/mbleigh/status…
When I joined Google I came to appreciate its design doc culture -- a way to ferret out issues and align without throwaway work. I'm not sure it works in the AI era. You *have* to prototype things, you can't know what will work just by thinking about it anymore.

At this point, all digital products should have a “Get started here” button showing a walkthrough to feel comfortable with the said product and I don’t meant an FAQ button, it’s creates a good user experience for all for entry to the products.
