Before I hit the hay, now I know why some people advocate we should use least time to think about what to eat or prepare our meal. Thinking took lots of energy and led to a miserable result - I can't even squeeze reading time into my night.

Finally know why my dandruff problem cannot be solved. I couldn't help scratching my scalp under pressure. That's one of the reasons why even I shampoo my hair twice, I still feel my hair greasy
