@AlaskaAir "It’s easy to change/cancel online." Nope, not at all. If you have a non-direct flight (one stop), and only one leg of is canceled you CANNOT change online.

@AlaskaAir Yes, we know it's a weather related thing. This is the second cancellation. The first cancelation she only was on hold for 3 hours, before she was able to change her flight online.

On hold for over 6 hours waiting for @AlaskaAir to pick up. Their on hold music brags about their "award winning" customer service. They don't mention what that award is.
