A dev got so frustrated watching his AI agent write 500 lines for a 5-line problem that he built a fix. He called it Ponytail. Named after the guy every team has - long ponytail, oval glasses, been there longer than the version control. You show him fifty lines; he looks at them, says nothing, and replaces them with one. Now your agent does the same. Before writing anything, it looks for a reason not to. 80-94% less code. 47-77% cheaper. 3-6x faster. The best code is the code you never wrote. 剛剛正式把 #台灣火車通勤助手 服務切換到 TypeScript 版了，零停機完成轉移。 切換前做了 A/B 對比測試。新版平均快 40%。舊版測試中還噴了一次 502，新版零錯誤。 Fable 5 完成重構，Codex 完成測試，Claude Code 擬定回滾計畫、完成部署和切換。三個 AI 各司其職，一天內從重構程式碼到正式上線。 最意外的是： 1. 寫出來的東西直接就能上線，一路測到底全部過關，反應速度還更快。 2. Fable 5 被禁止出口，希望週一可以重新上線。
Fable 5 把近 190 個 nodes 的 n8n workflow 用 typescript 重寫同時加上說明文件，1 shot 直接完成，執行時間 5 小時。加上 Deploy 用 Opus 4.6，花費 160.40 USD。 睡一覺起來重構就完成了，實是太嚇人了。 由 #ccxray 統計
Anthropic 最重要的贡献，可能不是做出了 Claude Fable 5，而是证明了这种级别的模型是可以被训练出来的，而且周期并没有大家想象得那么长。 一旦路径被验证，OpenAI 会跟，Google 会跟，国产厂商大概率也会跟。Fable 5 关门当然能延缓扩散，但关不住方向。 技术革命最有意思的地方就在于，很多时候最难的不是复制，而是证明它能做到。一旦有人证明了，剩下的往往只是时间问题。
