Initially, I received a completely different product instead of the two dressberry dresses I ordered. I returned the incorrect item, and now I see that the status for the other dress has changed to "delivered," yet I have not received it.

I previously mentioned the home theater system we bought along with the TV. It failed within three months of purchase, and the technician said the motherboard needed to be replaced. We had to wait another four months for the product to be repaired and returned. This now makes it clear that both products sold by your authorized center were faulty from the beginning, with the TV taking a bit longer to show its defects.
