It was never meant to be a tool for the same forces that enslaved us in the first place. It was a revolution, a quiet, unstoppable revolution, built by those who were willing to risk everything to see a new world emerge. To truly live on a Bitcoin standard, to have all your savings in Bitcoin, to relinquish all external income, is to undergo ego death. You no longer think in fiat terms. You no longer chase short-term wins. You are forced to think in decades, in centuries. You see through the noise, the distractions, the shiny new coins and chains that promise easy gains but only lead back to the same system we were trying to escape. Integrity is everything. If you bend the knee to easy money, to shortcuts, to short-term glory over long-term truth, you were never really here for the revolution. Bitcoin requires no leaders, no idols, no egos. It only requires conviction. Hold the line. Stay the course. The system will fall. And when it does, only those who held firm will build what comes next.

6/n What we found was definitely our most shocking result. Like most everyone on this app, our critics in the media, academics who write about bitcoin, and almost all politicians, we thought bitcoin ownership would skew towards the political right, and towards libertarianism.

For years, Bitcoin's energy was much maligned. This was based on deeply flawed and now debunked research. Now, the tide has turned in the scientific consensus and the media and I've summarized why both now say Bitcoin has environmental benefits in a plain English talk.

If #bitcoin was like every other commodity/asset the individuals with the power would get together and “unanimously decide” that block rewards need to be “temporarily increased in order to counteract unforeseen market shocks & irregularities.” Remember when oil went negative?? Yeah, like that. But guess what? BTC is different. There’s no bailouts for miners. There’s no off switch. No pause button. A rigorously free energy market that leaves corpses of inefficient producers in its wake as a reminder to anyone who thinks free markets are for the weak-willed or faint of heart. When I say “embrace the pain” I mean it — the pain is your constant reminder we finally have a free market & fair game. Finally. Celebrate the pain, for a world without pain would just mean another world of slavery & cronyism.
