@dijoni @karakashin I disagree. Anyone has a right to defend themselves against deadly force with lethal weaponry, including police. The issue here is that these are professionals paid to confront these dangerous situations and the justification for lethal force had not materialized when he fired.

The offender in the white Toyota did cut the black car in the center lane off and was following the other car in the left lane to closely and also cut them off before sideswiping the Tesla.
