A lot of ranchers are absolutely vile people. Go into any Facebook comment section on posts about wolves and conservation and go look all of the ranches fantasizing about torturing and killing them. Maybe don’t build your ranch in wild territory idiots 😐

@MoreImportance I’m all for culling feral horses (coming from a US perspective with mustangs) but it should be done in humane ways. Chasing down scared horses w helicopters and attempting to shoot them is insane. There has to be a better way 😕

@sapiogenic I have zero problem with ranching in general, the humane slaughter of animals bred specifically to produce meat doesn’t bother me. I have a problem when ranchers are killing and torturing wolves when there are more humane methods of protecting livestock.

@TOOTFIPPY I have no problem with the humane slaughter of domestic animals (cattle, chickens, ect) are literally bred for meat production. I have a problem when it comes to cruelly trapping and killing wild animals, especially wolves that are only fairly recently reintroduced to these areas

@lunarandsunny The lengths she went to gain access to these horses is genuinely insane, I hope she gets the help she needs and that the horses make full recoveries. I read on FB that some people who know her are saying she’s known for chopping manes/tails and other forms of sabotage at shows 😕

Adding onto this, eugenics does not exist for animals. Animals are not PEOPLE, I think a lot of “activists” forget that domestic animals rely on humans to make decisions for them. There is a huge difference in breeding ANIMALS and systematically wiping out human minority groups.
