@AskSmythsToys my ps4 pro i bought from the ipswich store has faulty wifi, it’s less than a year old, Sony has tried to help but none of their troubleshooting works, i have 2 other ps4’s which work perfectly on my network, can you make them repair/replace it?

@AskPS_UK can you help me troubleshoot my ps4 pro, it’s had unreliable wifi since new and i’ve spoken to you a couple of times to try and change settings, but it’s just not working, i think it’s faulty, i have a launch day ps4 and a slim and they both work perfectly

@AskPS_UK My PS4 Pro constantly drops wifi, I have a launch day PS4 and a Slim in the house too and they never drop. Google suggests it’s common and I’ve tried every fix, forwarded ports, everything, it’s not even a year old! Help please

@AskPS_UK hey, yes i’ve been through this a few times, followed all the steps, it always says it’s my ISP in the end, but the other two PS4’s work fine so it can’t be true, and the Pro is less than a metre away from the hotspot

@Herring1967 if you had to eat soup out of your kitchen bin, you had to, would it be better to have a strong but hard to eat one such as cullen skink that might hide the taste or a plain-ish one such as chicken noodle that would be easy to eat but you’d definitely taste the bin?
