@awawawhoami If you actively work with a system you know is predatory (and if you can avoid), you cannot be lifted of a good chunk of responsibility. And most of the issues aren't even about that, but anout map being bad and the bedrock community being left out, and the fact it costs 10€.

@nyaachloe @MCSR_Ranked Depends if you are working full time on it or not, but 6 months for this is crazy... probably half were spent building the lobby! jokes aside it's not surprising if they didn't involve experienced bedrock developers/speedrunners

@KitKatBlade @bbwaterloop Lmao for no reason? Watch PhoenixSC video, or any other video made about the map. If you publish something you are in a good part responsible for it. It's so fun that people misrepresent our critiques when we talked so extensively about it.

@Alina__crazy03 @KitKatBlade @bbwaterloop The reason why the map got so much backlash is because it's full of bugs, it is complete slop, takes years to load a world on low end devices (majority of bedrock players play from phone/switch), and because it doesnt represent neither java nor bedrock.

It's also fun what he says after in the live "350k downloads isn't bad" you put a free map in the main page of marketplace man maybe go look at the reviews on the paid one? Toxic positivity to the extreme.

Idk who is blaming ONLY him, obviously he doesn't have all the blame, but he also is responsible for having put out a bad product with all the issues.

@Aiman2444 @GageEllis20 @CraftyMasterman He most likely knew the extent of the idea, and he was aware of my critiques (lag, loads, stripping down of features and marketplace/money), as he was part of the group chat I was in when they were starting the development, before I got kicked out (see youtu.be/1a1sXkNsDLM?si…)

@silwing19 Thanks for the support! The overall situation is frustrating for our community, but I'm happy we are getting lots of support from outside parties as well. And yea Bedrock speedrunning is super interesting and very different from Java.

I got in touch with MCSR developers regarding this during november of last year, so the project is being developed since over 6 months. Regarding "power", they just needed a Marketplace collaboration which is easily achievable with Tubbo+Ranked.
