@TIDAL hey Tidal, my app won't open for the last 2-3 days. Just gets stuck on loading screen. No app update available. Any ideas? Not great to have a paid streaming service that you just can't access. Not the first time it's happened!

@SpotifyCares for the last couple of days, when connected to Bluetooth speaker, Spotify pauses every time my phone gets a message come in. Used to quieten music at moment of notification and then continue, now it stops every time. Any ideas as to how I stop this happening? Thanks

@AskNationwide Thanks Faith. I had previously been able to log in with my phone number, but it's not letting me proceed with that option now. Always go for that over card reader - one less thing t keep track of! But I guess I'd better have one, will DM address, thanks

@AskNationwide Hi, I'm trying to log onto my account on my laptop, but it's not letting me proceed with text to confirm identity to log in. I'm abroad, and have been since before you announced log in changes, so no card reader with me. Have a UK no. set. How can I log in please?

@HMRCcustomers I have a Q on a self assessment tax return from overseas. I know it has to be sent by post, but could it be scanned and sent to a family member in the UK to post? We're worried about the time it will take to be sent from New Zealand given current situation. Thanks.

@LaylaMoran I think I finally have now, thanks Layla! What concerns me most is that I'm pretty well educated and struggled to figure it out, makes me wonder how many people just can't manage to get the answers (at all, or in time), and so end up disenfranchised because it's just not clear.

@YorkshireTea Erm...any advice on getting Yorkshire tea out of my carpet...? I don't know if I'm more upset about the carpet or the fact that it was a waste of a really good cup of tea! Things I've tried so far in the pic...vinegar helped most, but still some way off :/
