@tradeinnsl I ordered something from your store on 14th January. It was showing in your app that i will receive package by 21 to 26 January. Still i do not have the package and no updates about when i would receive it after paying for courier charge. Really poor service!

@PostNL i have been trying to track my shipment destined for United Arab Emirates. However, there is no update after the 20th of January in your website. I tried reaching out to your customer care number and not getting connected. I could provide package details if it helps.

@StanChartUAE All you know is to apologize for your delay. If your team took their job seriously, you wouldn’t have to apologize to your customers. Dealing with your people has been most irritating & stressful. So, closing my account & credit card after more than 11years with SCB. Thanks!

@StanChartUAE Got the long awaited callback today with no solution to my problem. It’s better not to have such a customer service/ complaint department, because they don’t add any value or help solve a customer problem. All they do is just defend their inability to communicate clearly.

@StanChartUAE Someone called me whilst am busy with work. I ask to call me back next morning & she has vanished again like before. I am still waiting for the call back! I wonder if the people managing the team and the ones above have any grip on the operations.
