The ICF India Coaching Conclave 2026 closed with @AshishVid Neetu Gambhir said it best, and I resonate completely: “I don’t think I have laughed that heartily, been moved that deeply, and felt that inspired, all in 60 minutes, in a very long time.” His session on the three lotteries of life we have won and rarely recognise was a masterclass. Here is what I noticed as a coach. He used real-life scenarios and stories from different food joints, and invited every coach in the room to relate each story to one of the 8 ICF competencies. Then he raised inquiry questions. Not to give answers. To open something. Awareness surfaced. Clarity followed. And by the time the session ended, every person in that room had something to take action on when they returned to their own place. Observation. Reflection. Inquiry. Awareness. Clarity. Action.
