العهد السابق ما اشتغل على اصدار المراسيم التطبيقية لقانون عام 2011 الخاص بالمبعدين وبقي القانون حبر على ورق. اليوم في محاولة لانصافهم ولكن اذا المبعدين رفضوها وطالبوا بقانون خاص فيهم لأن ما بيعتبروا أنفسهم غدروا ببلدهم (وهالأمر حقيقة) فهيدا حقهم.
