@gilescoren I have it aged 54. No symptoms. Found via blood test. Since then, digit test, MRI, biopsy and awaiting a PET result. Prostate removal required. Hope it’s not metastasised. One joy - I’m sooo matter of fact about erections, fluid, pee-ing, incontinence etc. Gallows humour!

@icfhq @icfhq - for an exam, you must download an unknown website to "trusted status", there is no SLA in response to questions, no helpline, and they demand payment before helping answer queries. Unacceptable. Come on @icfhq - do better. You matter too much to behave like this.

@ICFHQ are global leaders in coaching accreditation. A governing body. They administer exams. But - they don't give you a score, they don't tell you what you got right/wrong, and they don't say how the exam is marked. Transparent? Helpful? Hardly role-model behaviour.

@ICFHQ and @PearsonVUE. Exam taken remotely today. Utterly painful experience from step 1. Finally ... no results. ICF - F&Qs says immediate results and on account page. They weren't, and aren't. PearsonVue - FAQs say likewise - but they blame ICF. Total mess.

@VodafoneUK the worst possible customer service - and a scam at that. shameful. impossible to leave when you don't need them anymore. and when i got a PAC code to leave (and didn't use it - as i told them), they continued to charge me anyway. are they always this bad?

@VodafoneUK i am soooooo fed up of @VodafoneUK. it's not hard. there was no reason to keep the number, so i asked for it to be cancelled. it wasn't. they continued to charge for 2024. it (obviously) wasn't used - ever - because no-one needed it. all i want is for them to refund it.

@VodafoneUK the cancellation team are not responsible for sorting this out sadly ... even though they were the ones who messed up. it is always someone else's responsibility. and nobody takes any. @VodafoneUK
