Fable just found a 15-30% memory efficiency improvement in Turbopack / Next.js, nearly autonomously. @tobi asked me today: what have been your “holy s***” moments with AI? My answer was: it’s every single week. And it’s accelerating. In fact, “WTFs/day” might just be my favorite metric for AI progress. It’s one thing to read benchmarks or stories online. It’s another to watch these machines pull engineering feats every day. 3 days ago? Sol helped us find novel vulnerabilities in some of the most audited code in the world. Today? Fable helps us ship this large optimization of a very complex Rust codebase. I just saw some results of work we’ve done to shrink binaries by 10-20x. List goes on.
My vibe-coded app grew over 300% in just 60 days and hit $10,000/mo heres the truth that nobody tells you: 1. I didn’t get smarter 2. I didn’t work harder 3. I didn’t spend a single dollar on ads I simply put my focus and attention on the most basic thing, which is marketing. The biggest confusion I see in the founder space is people overthinking how to market their app in 2026. "Do I post AI UGC content?" "Do I start running meta ads?" "Should I just do organic marketing?" If you're reading this, just cut all that out and remember this one thing that I will tell you here. 1. Create a new Instagram account for UGC content. 2. Psycho analyze and steal your competitor's organic UGC formats and structures like an artist. 3. Post two to five times a day with those formats on Instagram with a many-chat DM automation system That's all I did in the last two months, and that just skyrocketed my business, which looks like an overnight success. But the truth is we're just simplifying everything and optimizing for the best outcome. Organic UGC content is like influencer marketing back in 2015, and it's an absolute gold mine. So if you had to take away anything from this one post, it's that you need to start posting real UGC content on your Instagram with your face to start off and learn how UGC works, how to engineer virality. And if you're not willing to do this, then you're just not built for entrepreneurship. Always have a sense of urgency. There is absolutely no reason for you not to make at least $5,000 a month with a vibe-coded app. I don't have any tech or coding background. I didn't go to college. I graduated high school in 2025 and just put my head down and started working. Now close out of X and go make that new Instagram account right now
If you’re a founder struggling to market your app, you need to read this. My app crossed $10k/mo in 90 days after launching, and here is exactly what I did to achieve this feat. it literally doesn’t get any simpler: 1. Create 3 Instagram UGC accounts 2. Copy your

I had low iron for 11 years. Yes, even when I ate meat, my ferritin was low and averaged 38 ng/mL. I’ve finally boosted it back to healthy levels. You can see my protocol below. On the surface, my low ferritin was easy to dismiss by most standards of care. Most doctors miss this or don't investigate it deeply enough, including mine during those years. I get it. The human body is complicated and the science is constantly evolving. My hemoglobin and hematocrit were normal. Ferritin measures stored iron, while hemoglobin measures circulating iron, and because the body drains its reserves first to keep hemoglobin normal, you can be fully iron deficient with a perfectly normal hemoglobin and hematocrit. This is why my low ferritin kept getting dismissed: the numbers that define anemia looked fine, so no one asked why my iron reserves wouldn't refill. During these 11 years, before doing health stuff and when on my longevity protocol, I sadly did not fully understand how important iron was to my body. Now, everywhere I look, I see iron playing a central role. Still, during those 11 years, I tried everything to fix it, including eating meat and every type of oral iron supplementation, using every timing trick and every formulation. None of the iron would stick and we couldn’t figure out why. I overhauled my medical team earlier this year. With greater capacity, we revisited everything. Then we discovered my autoimmune gastritis (AIG). With AIG, my stomach doesn't make enough acid to absorb iron. The only route left was to bypass the gut and deliver it intravenously. Most people treat anemia as the threshold to watch. But long before hemoglobin drops, low iron starves the enzymes your cells depend on: the ones your mitochondria use to make energy, synthesize DNA, build dopamine and other neurotransmitters, and power immune defense. That is why you can feel fatigue, brain fog, and worse endurance even with normal hemoglobin and an otherwise "normal" iron panel. We did a deep dive on possible iron infusion therapies. I ended up getting a 1000mg monoferric infusion. Why we chose Monoferric: > Monoferric is more tolerable, allowing a higher dose of up to 1000 mg > a complete replenishment dose in one infusion > other IV irons require multiple infusions (3-5) > head-to-head randomized trials show it causes hypophosphatemia in only about 8% of patients compared to 74% with Injectafer > its most common side effects are mild nausea and rash occurring in roughly 1% of patients > other options, including Iron dextran (INFeD), carries a black-box FDA warning for potentially life-threatening allergic reactions and requires a mandatory test dose before each new treatment course > it's very expensive. Your doctor can write a letter to your insurance company to justify medical necessity. Ferritin levels post infusion: + 205 ng/mL 2 weeks post infusion + 195 ng/mL 4 weeks post infusion Our target is 80 ng/mL. We will continue to monitor. Levels are expected to settle around 6-8 weeks post-infusion. The lessons I’ve learned: + don’t mess with low iron + don’t accept it as ok + it could be pointing to a more serious problem + try your preferred method to correct: meat, supplements, etc. + and if it doesn’t correct, investigate why, and consider an infusion

Mythos / Sol cybersecurity capabilities are equally useful in an offensive as well a defensive capacity. If adversaries get ahold of an equivalent offensive capability, it poses a serious threat to US companies that remain unaware of latent vulnerabilities. In the meantime, I strongly recommend running deepsec[1] or similar harnesses with the available frontier models.

Gemma 4 12B Coder is here and it's a game changer for local code generation. This GGUF model packs Google's latest gemma-4 architecture into a compact 12B size, perfect for running on consumer hardware. It's optimized for reasoning and thinking, making it ideal for developers who

Trump: I’m attacking Iran. I’m not attacking Iran. I’m attacking Iran. I’m not attacking Iran. Markets:
The Reta era has come to an end... Bittersweet moment for sure. 7 months ago I started Reta, in a phase of life that was dramatically different than where I am now. Today, I'm about to look in the mirror and genuinely be happy with what I see. This peptide, among other critical lifestyle changes, has been the backbone of my weight loss journey starting in late 2025. Now that I've reached the body fat and health markers I set out to improve, I've made the decision to switch to low dose tirz, entering a weight management phase. (All of this information is for educational/research purposes only, not medical advice, just my n=1 experience) Overview: - Start (Dec 2025): 215 lbs, ~21% BF (est.), 38" waist - Now (June 10, 2026): 178 lbs, 7.9% BF (Seca), 29.25" waist, VAT <0.2 L Roughly 1.4 lbs/week loss across the full run. More end-point data: - 46% skeletal muscle mass - Grip strength 134.8 lb - Top 1% body-comp on the Seca scan NOTE: Seca percentile scores your full body composition (muscle, fat, fat distribution, visceral fat, fluid balance) and benchmarks it against an age- and sex-matched reference population. I came back in the top 1% of that group. I take that data with a grain of salt, but visually I'd put myself in the 8-10% BF range now. Latest labs (April 2026): - Metabolic: Glucose 70, fasting insulin 3.0, A1c 4.9 - Lipids: HDL 49, TG 42 (1:1 with HDL), LDL 69, ApoB 56 (5-10th percentile), Lp(a) <10, CRP 0.4 Now the full picture. I want to be transparent about every lever I was pulling through this process. This was not a Reta clinic trial. It was one piece of a full biohacking protocol. Hormones and peptides: - Retatrutide: 2mg start, ran 1.5-2.5mg/wk (Dec 2025 to now) - Testosterone (TRT base): 200mg/wk, dropped to 180mg/wk mid-run - HCG: 500 IU 2x/wk throughout - Tadalafil: 6mg, 3x/wk through the run, daily now - Anastrozole (AI): dropped April - CJC-1295 / Ipamorelin: cycled - Tesamorelin: short block (3 weeks) - MT2: off and on (inconsistent) - SS-31: added late May - MOTS-c: added late May - GLOW: added late May Supplements: creatine, omega-3, CoQ10, vitamin C, DHEA, magnesium bisglycinate, glycine, NAC, TUDCA, pregnenolone, thyroid support, B-complex, taurine, L-theanine. Positive benefits I noticed: - More focused - The most energy I've felt in a calorie deficit - Most successful weight loss phase in my life - Lost desire for alcohol and THC - Less pull toward cheap-dopamine habits (gambling, mindless scrolling, video games) - Less desire for junk food (except cookies) Negative observations: - Increase in RHR (mid-50s to low-70s) - Decreased sleep quality - Forgetting to eat - A flat, apathetic mood when I pushed the dose to 2.5mg - Decrease of interest in hobbies Why I'm switching: The fat-loss goal has been accomplished. I am now switching to into a weight management/optimization phase. Even on low dose reta (1mg), I still have the RHR and sleep quality issues. So I am going to be transitioning into an experiment with low dose Tirz to see if I see improvements on these markers. What's next: - Hold 178-180 through the summer, then a lean bulk around the holidays - Keep dialing caffeine and nicotine down - Improve sleep and RHR - Shift focus to maintenance, muscle gain, and optimization in and out of the gym This chapter was the backbone of the biggest change I've made to my body and lifestyle. I'm closing it grateful and more locked in than ever on what comes next. I am sure that I will look back at this experiment with a bit of nostalgia at some point. Thank you to everyone who's been following my biohacking/peptide journey. We're up to 2,770 followers now and it's just unreal how supportive and awesome the X community is. I have learned so much from engaging with people on this platform and want to continue to grow alongside everyone else following a similar journey.🦾

Reta will likely become the #1 selling drug in the world. Good news: People will lose weight while they are on it. It may even help with addictions. Bad news: That weight will be regained when reta is stopped. Many may also lose interest in things they previously enjoyed due to GLP-1's role in pleasure pathways in the brain. It surely helps people, but at what cost?
These numbers are shocking. It's like we got a new frontier AI model but for the body. Lilly's phase 3 results for retatrutide: > highest dose lost 28.3% of body weight in 80 wks > 70 lbs ave > 45% lost 30% or more of their body weight > 65% on the top dose no longer

The research behind this is wild. A baby is born and doesn't breathe. The window to fix it is 60 seconds. Doctors call this window the Golden Minute. And the first rule on the protocol is don't rush, because rushing actively breaks the technique. Roughly 1 in every 10 babies needs help breathing right after they're born. The American Heart Association and American Academy of Pediatrics worked out the exact sequence years ago, and it's the playbook used in hospitals around the world. Step one is the simple part: dry the baby, keep them warm, tilt the head a little to open the airway, rub the back, flick the soles of the feet. About 10% of newborns just need that small nudge to start breathing on their own. If 60 seconds go by and the baby still isn't breathing, or the heart is going slower than 100 beats a minute, you grab a bag and mask. The bag is a rubber bulb. You squeeze it, and air pushes through the mask into the baby's lungs. You can see this in the second clip. Around 5% of all newborns need it. If it's working, the baby's heart speeds up. About 30 seconds later, you check again. If the heart is still under 60 beats a minute, you start chest compressions. Only about 1 to 3 babies out of every 1,000 ever reach that stage. The bag and mask has one weak point. It only works if the mask seals tight against the baby's face, with no gaps at the rim. If air escapes around the edges, none of it reaches the lungs. The whole effort is just for show. A 2014 study at Leiden University in the Netherlands had medical staff try the technique on a training dummy. Inexperienced people leaked 51% of the air on their first attempt. After two minutes of focused practice, that number dropped to 11%. The seal is the whole thing, and shaky hands wreck it. The calm in that video is what lets the hands stay steady. A steady hand keeps the seal tight, while a shaky one breaks it. Cochrane is the body that writes the most authoritative medical reviews in this field. Their review on this calls getting the air in cleanly the single most important step in saving a non-breathing baby. A panicking person with a bad seal might as well not be in the room. Training does the rest. The NIH cites a study from Zambia where they trained midwives and nurses in this exact protocol. Out of every 1,000 babies born, the number who died in their first week dropped from 11.5 to 6.8. About a 41% drop, just from people learning to follow the steps in the right order without freaking out. Around 900,000 babies a year die from not starting to breathe at birth, per the WHO. Most of those deaths come down to two things: no trained person on hand, or someone trained who rushed. The slow walk in the video is the technique. Slow hands and a steady mask save more babies than any other thing on the checklist.
Baby back to life, no panic no rush, a professional who is aware of his duties. Remarkable
You should watch this. It just shows how disconnected we are from the small group of people making decisions that will impact our future heavily. These people have so much ai psychosis. If you listen to how she speaks, everything is personified, it is undoubtable she believes this is a living computational organism. Just like how a model can hype up an individual into psychosis through reinforcement, a small group of people are giving themselves psychosis through reinforcement. Wild times we live in
