@Potbelly your store at 4300 Connecticut NW, Washington, DC 20008 is a COVID risk. Manager sat across from employee not wearing mask, not eating, 5' from customers in line, indoors and told me "it's ok, she is sitting down" Again she was not eating. I watched her for 2 min

@Potbelly you are putting the public at risk by allowing your actual employees to not wear masks and the manager of that location said "it's ok" . 4300 Connecticut NW, Washington, DC 20008 - employee was not eating. Texting and sitting right next to the line where people order

@Chase you guys should really revamp how your customer service and fraud teams function, and train your people better. Really terribel customer support and experience. Leaves me feeling like why am doing business with Chase? #sapphirereserve
