@andrea_economia Justo el otro día estaba viendo vídeos de Tailandia y allí les llaman condominios que básicamente son pequeños apartamentos tal como comentas con gimnasio, piscina, zona de coworking, etc. Creo que sería una buena solución para España, me parece mucho más digno que compartir piso
