@AmericanAir, I used 31K miles for an AUS>ASE trip. My flight was delayed all day, canceled, rebooked the next day, diverted to GJT, & ended with a 2hr bus ride to Aspen. I spent less than 24hrs at my destination and received only a form response from AA. Can someone review this?

I have called @AmericanAir several times to request a refund for a flight that was delayed 12 hours, and every time it goes to "transfer me to a representative" the call mysteriously, immediately drops. @USDOT can we look into this? #AmericanAirlines #USDOT

@ATTHelp I’m on day 5 of a broadband internet outage, and do not see any fixes in sight. I even had someone come to fix it, and it’s still out. Since I’m not getting the service I’m paying for, I think it’s only fair that you waive this month’s fees.

@vrbo The trip board is not populating at all on the mobile app. I see previous boards that I’ve made but not this one. I made it in the web version and was planning to access it on mobile as well.
