@mattpocockuk So far I had a similar experience. A directive in my global CLAUDE.md didn’t do much Playing with having it use ASD STE-100 from the start vs asking it to do a pass after the initial artifact production.

@Jborgwing @maria_rcks @emanueledpt He doesn’t need to clarify. He formed from the t3code source code back in March/April (without using the fork feature in GitHub). The commit history tells that story clearly. He says “clone” because he literally did git clone then started from that
