The idea that 3 mana draw as many as you want isn't ban worthy but 3 mana slowly trickle in cards is because of your opponents ability to stop it is crazy

@DestroyerJrz @TheHeavySword @MTGCal Its a card draw engine in a format with necropotence and the one ring. It doesn't even begin to move the needle. A negative play pattern in my mind would be an infinite turn engine or something that completely locks you out like Urza and winter orb. No need to ban though.
