Appealed to IME's human decency and requested he not block wife's need for treatment. Time will tell if he has a soul or if he sold it out.
Yep, not genetic issue. Yet another IME visit yesterday. Last time he lied like a rug in his report.
Extensive testing yields no positive results for genetic markers. Time to put ball back in WC's court!
Onus will be back on insurance company
Next appt with rheumatologist in Feb. Expect that he will declare its not genetic.
Wife is still miserable. Im getting good at backrubs.
When genetics is ruled out, ball will be back in WC's hands
In process of proving it is nothing genetic. It is and always has been accident related!!
Another doctor appt and more tests. Will not quit. W Comp quit paying but full steam ahead.
Better off getting hurt outside the WC framework if you want to get better!
This is a difficult case no doubt. We will prevail, there is no other option.
