@infrstrctreweek @numble @ByERussell JetBlue and Spirit also operate out of 5, it's not just American, so that does make them distinct arrival areas, and I don't believe American has primary operation in 5, just access to space. 2/3 and 7/8 are merging in the design, and those airlines are responsible for those.

@infrstrctreweek @numble @ByERussell The combined terminals are based on check in areas, each of the terminal numbers has a district set of carriers you check in for, so the separation is still useful for the purposes of arriving at LAX.

@SafarigalKarin @UniStudios Disneyland has not announced any closures, but I'm sure they're also monitoring the situation. No theme park closes this far in advance unless they are certain it will be that bad, and that's far from certain for this one.
