Agentic isn't a chat interface. It's an architecture. Most of what's being sold as "agentic" today is a conversational layer bolted onto a system that hasn't changed underneath. A truly agentic system understands intent, senses when your business has changed, maintains itself to match, and operates within the governance you've defined. The interface is just layer one.
