Building memiry.app the AI agent for cognitive health.
It helps build your daily game plan to prioritize cognitive focus, automatically indexes your screen time and health metrics, and checks in with you over iMessage to make sure you're on track every day.
Built because I'm on this journey to prioritize the brain after my last startup destroyed me mentally.
@Thbs0804@coryalthoff@Aistatine super cool! So your goal is to build an advantage by making it seamless for consumer hardware, kinda like PrismML? let's connect, what you're building is def super valuable in something like the Apple ecosystem
Found one of your replies. Super interesting what you all are building! Let's connect.
Have you thought about AI check-in calls, not just live video monitoring? I feel like a big part of the problem is checking in daily is harder (because if they could, managing their health would already be a lot easier) + elderly are less technologically native.
Behavioral research consistently shows that forming a specific plan for the first action improves follow-through. The easier and more concrete the first step, the more likely you are to start.
There's dumb hard work, and there's smart hard work.
Glorifying not sleeping is ridiculous, as it's one of the most crucial factors for long term intelligence, health, and cognition. You can always afford to sleep....
This is your reminder to get 7-9 hours of sleep tonight.
a REALISTIC day in the life with Memiry:
7:00AM: Wake-up. Still in bed. Go on phone, Memiry immediately calls. It's too f*%ing early. DECLINE.
7:01AM: Sh%*t! Social media apps are blocked until I call Memiry back
7:02AM: Call Memiry back. It gets me out of bed, on my feet, and into sunlight. It reads my calendar, we talk through my calendar events today, and schedule some cognitive check-ins.
8:30AM: Memiry calls back to make sure I finished my morning exercise on time. My overall Memiry score raises ~10% from 64->70.
2:00PM: I miss Memiry's check-in calls. Ok, no worries. Memiry still texts me to check in on cognitive load after a long block of meetings. Recommends I take a mindfulness reset, and moves my late lunch block back 15 minutes on my calendar.
8:00PM: Social media gets blocked! I've been on Instagram for 30 minutes straight. Memiry calls me to get me off the phone. After I commit to taking a walk, it unblocks my apps.
Nobody's perfect. But Memiry certainly helps you get closer.
We just updated on the IOS Appstore today with some exciting new changes!
What's new:
[Available over iMessage]
- We just rolled out text integration for the Memiry agent so you can manage your schedule, health, screen use, and Memiry scores through iMessge, not just over calling anymore.
[Introducing screen time shields]
- You can now configure your own cumulative or continuous screen time interrupts for apps you choose. Set the interrupt to be a text message, phone call, or both.
- Memiry will now block the unhealthy apps you choose, and you must call or text Memiry to check-in and have the blocking shield removed!
[Calendar integration]
- Make managing your day and health easier by integrating your Google or Outlook calendar with Memiry!
10x your productivity, brain health, and screen habits.
Memiry. Try it today.
