3. Hell yes pricing: only take projects where you can charge enough that you're excited to drop everything else. If it's not a "hell yes" at that price, it's a no. This one filter eliminates 90% of time wasters.

@ItsKieranDrew Yeah. Ok. But in your other post you said we should write about our real problems. Here we go. When you're just starting out, it's hard to understand an audience that hasn't materialised yet. So how do you solve the paradox of understanding an audience that doesn't exist?
