@uk_fedex Thanks for the credit note against invoice 07387315 @uk_fedex. You have just referred invoice 8790731 and invoice 7212424 to the debt collectors. Again for VAT that you haven't paid to HMRC. Let's have those refunded please. If I need to ask again I'll invoice you for time.

Hi @uk_fedex, you are trying to invoice us for VAT that you haven't paid to HMRC again. You have failed to act on all correspondence so far. It has been a year. I've reported you to HMRC for VAT fraud. If somebody competent could resolve invoice 07387315 that would be great...

@FedExEurope can a human who understands VAT please get in touch. You're asking us - threatening us with a county court summons actually - to pay you VAT that you haven't paid to HRMC. The "Disputes Coordinator" folks are unresponsive. You need to pay HMRC before we can pay.

@Joshuak99395923 @bobbyllew @FullyChargedDan If you have space: deploy scrap Toyota Prius as self-start generator and plumb in a heat exchanger to feed your radiators with waste heat from the engine. Try not to use it other than as emergency backup though. :-) Powerwall will keep the lights on but not the heating.

@Joshuak99395923 @bobbyllew @FullyChargedDan Spend the rest of the money on a heat pump. That'll be a much bigger £ per kgCO2e saving than buying a powerwall - if backup power and carbon saving are your main objectives.

@HSBC_UK We are aware of action fraud. The reference number that I used for the £0.01 payment to the money laundering account was the action fraud reference number for this case. You can use that to find the account. We need an email address to forward to the supporting evidence to.

@HSBC_UK So...how would you like this reporting? I understand that you are prevented from acknowledging active investigations by the anti money laundering legislation. You are not prevented from having a contact point for reporting money laundering though. How do I report this?

How does one report your customers using their personal current accounts for money laundering @HSBC_UK and @TSB? (i.e. "report the criminal" rather than "report as a victim") You don't appear to have a published process for this. Thanks

@HSBC_UK That won't work @HSBC_UK. You cannot rely on there being direct victims to notify you of your customers laundering money through personal accounts. Nor are you legally allowed to do this. (you're supposed to be checking not waiting to be told)

@HSBC_UK Though if you do insist...I've just sent £0.01 to the account ending 0903 with reference NFRC211004804954. This account is being used to launder proceeds of invoice fraud. (where payments for legit services are redirected via phishing emails)

@HSBCUKBusiness And to get to live chat (1) don't use Safari (or any other browser that blocks 3rd party sites) because HSBC live chat isn't from HSBC and (2) wait (the button to click for live chat only appears when a live chat agent is available). Hope that helps somebody else.

@HSBCUKBusiness (Q2) I have received a specimen signature request for BBLS feeder account. Form says "mail it to HSBC...PO Box 1888...CV3 9WN" but enclosed prepaid envelope says "HSBC...Harry Weston Road...CV3 2BR" - are these the same place and if not which is correct please?
