@mitchellh I’ve debated going back to physical media, or the diy-1990 era media server I made. I’ve bounced around but all the apps: Spotify, Tidal, Apple Music, Pandora, etc … are really really bad. It’s as if the business is fully disconnected from the idea that people listen to music.

@ashleymcnamara I think they’ve mostly lost the lead. Lots of reasons but they now, mostly, act as vehicles for unpaid/underpaid high-constraint labor.

@mitchellh @zeeg I mean, sure. But is it different than the decade or so that folks blindly dumped bootstrap on everything? So much appealing UX just because it was easier to grab a framework and not talk to professionals designers.

@tnm But Ted, that’s hard. And not always fun. Building and showing off an office space is a lot more fun. Just look at how much influencer content is them just building a new studio!
