@steipete (the creator of the Clawd/Molt🦞project) is quite security savvy and has already addressed a few of these, and I wanted to give respect there and make a couple of addendums. 1. The gateways should ideally be behind Tailscale/Cloudflare/etc., but the exposed ports aren't inherently too nasty by default. 2. You do need to control who can talk to your bots, especially based on how much access you give them.
As a Security / 98% AI YOLO Maximalist with Guardrails guy, I'm asking you to please listen to this. Here are some of the top security issues with clawd.bot that you all should be avoiding. Don't avoid the project. It's great. But please be safe with it!
