Do NOT use @1800PACKRAT !!! They will drop off a container and then you can't reach them to get it picked up. 3 hours of waiting and still no answer!!!! Online shows no dates for 3+ months while you pay $250 a mo waiting. Scam.

Anyone else have @VerizonWireless holding their acct/device hostage? Bought pixel via auth 3rd prty a year ago & VZ refuses to unlock it for new provider. @Verizon is getting desperate and @VerizonSupport is telling me no one can give me documentation or help.

Bang up job @USAA. After a week of promises that you would restore my widowed mom's account after you illegally closed it, she was assured Monday it was all fixed. And went to buy cat food and dinner for herself only to have her check denied. #humiliated #angry way to go.

I am shaking mad. Furious!!!! retired Veteran w/ Tricare prime & somehow Tricare has decided he has other insurance & will not let him get his meds. Tricare & VA pharmacy closed. He has a very bad Kidney stone that keeps blocking &needs dilation meds. How is this legal? 1/3

2/3. Any insurance company should be required to verify with the member abt other insurance. They did not with this 100% p&t Veteran & he now has no access to urgent medication. I was told it takes up to 30 days to fix this. #tricareScandal #FailedVeteran

@kaweahhealth There is no law against documenting that Charles prefers to go by Charlie or even Junior. Please educate your staff that there is NO law that states they cannot use the patients chosen name in conversation and even in documentation within their medical record.

@kaweahhealth Public posting of your policies helps trans folk know what to expect in your spaces. Ie, my child has continually been dead named and told it is policy and that staff can only use legal names to reference a patient at all times.

@kaweahhealth This is wonderful. I hope you will also remind your teams that using a dead name for someone who has not yet legally changed their name is not okay. I looked for your policies for trans folk to help support someone and could not find them listed anywhere.
