To walk consistently, you have to break your down into small opportunities of walking. I just go for a walk if a meeting ends early. Early morning walk, after lunch walk in the house, post dinner walk outside.
Unlocked a personal achievement of walking 10,000 steps. For a sedantary person like me, this is a big deal. I was not able to achieve this because of various reasons but now it is possible.
@benjitaylor The default timeline I need more control over what I want to see. There are few trends and topic that annoy me and they just keep showing up. I can't do anything. While I would want to see more of som topic and want to define more rules.

The amount of typing I do for AI agents is unhealthy. I didn't use to write this much of code or type docs this much. This constant watching of AI Agents and their outputs and providing feedback is draining me out by night. It is the tiktok for knowledge workers.
In consumer AI products, momentum is one that you should not loose. You should always be shipping. Even though you may have rough edges. Just ship it. Codex merged into chatgpt, it's buggy but they are shipping. Claude has momentum.
Gemini and Notebooks had a great lead but then they dropped the ball. People switched to claude and claude projects.
