@QuintonLucasKC 1. Clear isn’t open yet for some reason and TSA lines are very long 2. Parking garage is full. Parking was one of the biggest issues at the old airport, how was this not addressed?

@blacktightz Now I understand the source of the frustration from these responses. It isn’t about asking for a raise. It’s about saying “in x months I want to take on the extra responsibilities of 1,2 and 3 and am aiming for a target salary of y. Here is my plan to get there, any obstacles?”

@blacktightz My PSA to employees is don’t wait until you have another job offer to discuss your salary and career goals with your manager. That should be an ongoing conversation throughout your lifespan at a company and part of every 1x1.
